It is a private online video consultation service regulated by the CQC. Our patients pay for doctor’s consultation in slots of 10 minutes each and related services such as repeat prescription, referral letter, fitness letter and travel health advice. The mode of payment is by card and it is on a fee for service basis. Based on agreement on terms and conditions we can agree on a subscription and third-party payment service.
Our doctors work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our admin offices are open from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. You can book an appointment to see a doctor based on your convenience and available slots as early as the same day or next day.

They can do this directly through our website at yourgpconsulting.com or by downloading our App. If you introduce them to us, we can send a direct email to their email address with information about how to open an account and to book a doctor’s appointment.
No. We only offer individual accounts. The process of registration to open an account and to book a doctor’s appointment is easy. If any of your family members who are 18 years and above have any difficulties, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone number …., and one of our team will be happy to help.
No. We only provide consultation to people 18 years and above. Please book an appointment with your registered regular GP for a face to face consultation for your child. Please call NHS 111 in case of an emergency.

Follow the onscreen instructions to book an appointment.
To register with us, we will ask you to provide some form of identification and to verify your account. We will also ask you to provide some information about yourself, your past medical history, and your current complaints or symptoms. If indicated you may want to upload a photo about your complaint, result(s) of relevant tests, and any doctor’s notes to the doctor.
We accept driving licence, travel passport, residence permit, MOD Veteran’s card, Military ID card, …. for your identification. To verify your identity, please take a selfie of yourself holding either your driving licence, travel passport, residence permit, … The selfie should show your face (straight look into the camera) up to your upper shoulder and your form of identification. The selfie should be taken in a well-lit environment but avoid direct light.
Yes. But we require 12 hours’ notice. Please send an email to email@example.com indicating reason for rescheduling. We will send you a link to select your next doctor’s appointment. Please note that you can only reschedule once to enable us serve other patients.
Yes. But you need to give us 24 hours’ notice to firstname.lastname@example.org providing the reason(s) for cancellation, to enable us offer the appointment to other patients. We will refund your consultation fee in full within 10 working days to the card that was charged during the booking of the appointment if you give us 24 hours’ notice. If you inform us of your cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment, this will be regarded as late cancellation and we will not refund your consultation fee.
Sometime unexpected circumstances may affect the availability of a doctor for your appointment, for which we apologise. You will receive notification about this and be given an option for the next available appointment slot, a rescheduling or a cancellation. If your appointment is cancelled under this situation, your consultation fee will be refunded to the card that was charged during the booking of the appointment.

Click on your profile image or name and select “My Account”.
Follow the onscreen instructions to get into the video consultation room and then follow the onscreen instructions.
Yes. You will receive email and text notification about your appointment. Please enter your appointment on the calendar of your smart phone to be reminded.
In the video consultation room, you will be able to see the doctor on the screen and the doctor will see you. The doctor will treat you courteously and will ask you some questions about the health reason(s) for which you are consulting that day. The doctor will ask you about your past medical history and other questions that may be necessary to help the doctor under your health needs. You will be allowed to ask the doctor questions and the doctor will discuss with you and take decisions for your care. Such decisions may require issuing a prescription, writing fitness or referral letters or requesting for a test. Our doctors provide patient-centred care to all our patients.
If your doctor’s consultation resulted in a prescription, it will be sent to your preferred accredited pharmacy for collection. If it resulted in a fitness letter, or a referral letter, they should be available for download from your dashboard after within 2 hours of your consultation. If you require a test, an email will be sent to you if instructions on how to access a test at your nearest NHS hospital.

Booking specialist appointments
No. A full health check service will require physical examination and some investigations that we are not able to provide via online consultation.
Yes, but you do not require a doctor’s appointment to do this. You can use our routine Health Assessment App here to complete a short questionnaire at the end of which a general feedback will be provided. This however, should not replace seeing your doctor.
Yes. You will however need to book a doctor’s appointment with us for one of our doctors to ascertain why you want to see a specialist to decide on a referral letter. If you will want to see a specialist through yourgpconsultation.com video service, we can arrange that for you subject to availability and payment terms.
Yes. You will need to book a doctor’s appointment to see one of our doctors who are well trained and qualified to provide this service. If your condition will require a face to face appointment with a specialist, we will refer you to them. You also want to check NHS sexual health clinics close to you here for information on booking appointments directly with them.

Yes. When booking your doctor’s appointment, you will be given the choice of whether you will want us to share details of your consultation with your GP. We will not share your consultation details with your GP if you do not want us to. We however encourage you to so that your GP can have your up to date medical records.
All your health records and related information are used to deliver health care service to you and to send you updates if you have subscribed to the health newsletters and blogs of members of Alevyn Ltd, UK. We take all necessary measures to secure and protect your information to ensure privacy and confidentiality. If you provide us permission, we share your information with your regular GP; and when we are required by law.
Yes. You will have to book a doctor’s appointment for repeat prescription. Please know that this is a fee-paying service which will cover the cost of consultation and the cost of writing the prescription. You will also be required to pay for the prescription at your preferred pharmacy.
No. We do not currently provide a medication delivery service. Your prescription will be sent to your nearest or preferred accredited pharmacy from whom you will collect your medication.
